The second division side produced an awesome performance to send last season's Premier Division runners-up, who featured nine Devizes Town players , crashing out 5-1.
Dan Reeves' opener was followed with goals from Richard Siekiera (2), Rich Noonan, Wayne Bailey and another from Reeves. Simon Drewitt replied for the losers.
Biddestone Social ended Hullavington's interest, winning the all-Premier Division clash 6-1.
Hullavington led through Carl Rees, but Jamie Lyons penalty, Gary Banks (2), Rob Pocock, Mike Few and Kris Beasley sent them out.
2004 cup winners Sherston Town edged Pack Horse Rangers 4-3 after a goalless first half.
Shahram Hemarti put Rangers in front and Chris Ferris and Glyn Pascoe also scored, but goals from Allan Webb (2), Dan Beck and Max Sparrow clinched it.
Third division AFC Calne led 2-0 against Bradford News, courtesy of goals from Dean Fry and Ryan Kelleher, but the Newsmen hit back to win 4-3, despite another Calne strike by Dave Herring.
Fourth Division new boys White Hart Combe frustrated Trowbridge Harriers for 65 minutes before Harriers won 2-0, courtesy of strikes from John Baker and sub Mickey Spong.
Third Division Wheatsheaf FC gave Chippenham Police an almighty scare before succumbing to a Mark Simpson strike.
Having been dumped out of the WG Parr Trophy by Fourth Division Cooper Avon last week, Atworth United were again humbled by a side from a lower division.
Trowbridge Town Supporters Club defeated them 3-1 to heap more misery on the Division One oufit, for whom Ashley Wheeler netted.
There were big scores elsewhere, Premier Division Maud Heath Sports hit a dozen against Kings Arms (Market Lavington) in their 12-3 victory.
Phil Robinson, Mark Torr and Chris Walker grabbed the consolations as they were swamped by Darren Holcombe's double hat-trick, plus goals from Ricky Summers (2), John Stagg, Andy Beal, Carl Droggan and Graham Dean.
However, Corsham Centre were the highest scorers of the day, the Premier Division's early pacesetters destroying Virgin Mobile 17-0.
Jamie Moss and Adam Taylor scored their first goals for the Centre while Simon Gray (4), James Lye (3), Richard Boore (2), Charlie Higson (2), Ben Thompson (2), Scott Lye and Craig Gingell also weighed in.
Box Rovers hit nine at home to Sutton Benger.
James Pope hit Benger's consolation, but Stuart Hynes (4), Tom Smith (2), Tim Jefferies, Liam Fullham and Kirk Boobyer clinched an easy victory.
Corsham Park Rangers were involved in a thrilling clash against Rowde Dynamos which Rangers won 6-4 after extra time.
Ali Duncan and George Bentley hit three each for Rangers with Jamie Mullens, Nathan Emm, Richard Hayter and Ray Clements scoring for the losers.
KSM triumphed over The Crown FC in the all Division Four clash, leading 5-0 at the interval before the Crown stormed back to lose only 6-3.
Dom Riccio's treble and one each from Ben Husband and Steve Warner put KSM in charge, but Kevin Hammersley, Dean Kerr and Rob Mitchell fired Crown back into the game before Riccio ended their hopes.
First Division leaders Potterne FC thrashed Division Four Wanderers 8-0, Jamie Bayes (3), Peter Huntley (2), Matt Mundy, Jon Schofield and Johnny Emm on target.
Jason Cole was on target for Kingfisher FC who were well beaten 6-1 by Southgate Inn, for whom Gary Campbell, Nick Paget, Stuart Skinner, Ian Davis, Jason Gale and Andy Coombes found the net.
Old Road Tavern's poor defending cost them a 7-2 defeat to Blue Circle, as Darryl Maxwell scored a hat-trick, Graham Deveney, Wayne Bristow, Scott Walford and Steve Martin also finding the net. Tom Jones replied with both for Tavern.
Semington Rovers ran out comfortable 4-0 winners in a repeat of the previous week's cup game against North Star B. Stuart Barber's treble and substitute Steve Martin sealed the triumph.
Four teams progressed to the second round without kicking a ball.
All Cannings and Classic FC's withdrawals from the league allowed FC Colerne and North Bradley to progress, while Cooper Avon and Corsham Cricket Club advanced at the expense of FC Bradford and The Crown Devizes.
DIVISION ONE
Chippenham Sports & Social Club claimed their first league win of the season with a 4-3 success over North Star A.
Goals from Pete Thonton, Stuart Riley and Marc Forester could not save Star as a Jason Bull treble and Will Couzens strike clinched victory.
Christian Malford and Colerne FC had to settle for a 1-1 draw, Tyrone Prades on target for Malford before Jake Jefferies replied.
DIVISION TWO
Chippenham United RAOB drew 1-1 with Biddestone Arms, Ben Horton's first for Biddestone being cancelled out by Pete Corrigan.
Bar OC and Sir Audley's Arms in the only Third Division match, Arms' first goalless affair in 10 seasons in the league.
The only game in Division Four saw Cooper Avon record a 6-1 victory over AFC Springfield.
