Ringing a bell

JUST an added postscript to Mr Mark King's experiences of GWH's 21st century facilities . . . not.

I have a friend who had major cardiac surgery earlier in the summer.

As she was sitting with me when I read the story I said to her: "At least you didn't have a bell."

She responded with: "Oh, yes I did, I would have been to embarrassed to use it though."

This is obviously regular practice within a hospital that we all knew was too small before it was built.

Now sadly we are being proven correct to the detriment of patients.
