French market comes to town

A FRENCH market is being held in Wootton Bassett on Sunday. The event takes place around the Town Hall area of the High Street, and will run between 10am and 4.30pm.

A number of stalls are expected, selling food and crafts.

Among the attractions is one of the few French bakers who makes bread, croissants and patisserie in front of customers in his own custom-made vehicle.

Stalls will also be offering honey, pancakes, olives, charcuterie, cheese, wine, cider, calvados, spices, jams, garlic, onions and homemade biscuits.
