Boost for morale

BUSINESS owners are being cautiously optimistic about the morale of their employees.

A survey by West Country accountants Clear Vision, based in Corsham, has shown local business owners believe the morale of their workforces to be good, but feel there is still room for improvement.

Clear Vision managing director Rob Walsh said: "Using a scale that ranged from "ready to resign" to "shouting from the rooftops," employee morale was rated as pretty good.

"The result is encouraging but indicates business owners recognise there is room for improvement."
