Man killed in M4 traffic accident

A MAN has been killed in a crash involving two cars on the M4. The victim, who is believed to be in his 20s, died between junctions 12 and 13 on the eastbound carriageway in Berkshire shortly before 4pm on Saturday.

Both of the carriageways were closed causing a 10-mile traffic jam.

The westbound carriageway was closed for around an hour and two lanes remained closed eastbound for several hours after the accident.
