Offers of new home for Lugie

CAT-LOVERS have come forward to help a homeless moggie.

Ten-year-old Lugie was saved from a burning house after an arson attack in Penhill last week.

Her owners John and Susan Drew have been given temporary accommodation but no pets are allowed in the building.

The Swindon Advertiser was inundated with calls after appealing for a temporary home for Lugie until they can look after him again.

All the offers of help are now being passed on to the Drews so they can find somewhere for Lugie to stay.
