Walking down at Westonbirt

NORTH Wiltshire's Alzheimer's Society is holding a sponsored walk on Sunday September 25 to raise awareness of the disease and similar dementia disorders.

"The one-mile walk will take place at Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire and will also pay tribute by remembering past sufferers," said a spokesman.

The walk will begin at 2pm and fund-raisers are asked to apply early if they wish to take part.
