SWINDON Supermarine ended Marlow's 100 per cent record in Southern One West with a brilliant 2-0 away victory last night.

Danny Allen opened the scoring with a superb free-kick after a foul on Dave Slattery midway through the first half.

Young substitute David Pratt sealed the points late on, following up a Matt Pratley header that crashed against the bar.

Despite being the better side, Cirencester somehow lost 3-0 at Salisbury in the Southern Premier.

Lee Smith and Gareth Hopkins went close to putting Ciren ahead before Paul Sails hit a bolt from the blue on 25 minutes.

Matt Tubb's free-kick doubled the Whites' lead and Sails' second lent an unfair reflection to the scoreline.

Fairford were beaten 1-0 again in the Hellenic Premier, this time at Slimbridge.

Wootton Bassett picked up their first points of the season with a 4-3 home win over Winterbourne, Leigh Jones, Stu Hemsley (2) and Lee Marshall on target.
