Grief Stricken Greg Worrall, the boyfriend of Linda RazzellTHE boyfriend of murdered mother-of-four Linda Razzell says her family may finally be able to move on after a coroner closed the inquest into her death.
But he says he will never be able to rest completely until Linda's body is found.
Gregory Worrall, 46, of Highworth, said: "I thought it might be useful but it's brought it all up again. It feels like progress. In some ways it's good because she has got the dignity of having a death certificate but in a way it's still in limbo."
As reported in yesterday's late Adver, Wiltshire coroner David Masters ruled that the Swindon College assistant had been unlawfully killed.
The verdict means Linda's family can now be issued with a death certificate. In November 2003 Glyn Razzell her estranged husband was convicted of her murder at Bristol Crown Court.
Razzell has always maintained his innocence and the body has never been found.
Mr Worrall said: "Her children have to visit Linda's mother's grave on Mothers' Day because they haven't got one for their own mum.
"Anyone that thinks that should carry on is sick. Pressure should be put on Glyn to make him see sense and say where she is."
At the hearing Linda's two brothers Neil and Graham Davies listened as the coroner gave an outline of the massive police investigation into her disappearance. The coroner said it was highly likely Linda met her end on or about March 19, 2002.
Now Mr Worrall wants famous male role models to come out and publicly condemn violence against women.
Honda worker Mr Worrall said: "I just think now is the time to put a challenge out to male role models to endorse the message that there is no excuse for hitting a woman.
"If you need to hit someone regularly to get your self-esteem up it takes away the meaning of life. I want people to come out and say that it can't happen anymore. If we could get 1,000 gentlemen to do that it would be brilliant."
Mr Worrall also paid tribute to the Swindon Women's Refuge.
"They keep a light lit for Linda and they won't let it go out until her body is recovered."
