A meter gripe

I would like to inform all new and prospective home owners in the Swindon area that Thames Water seems to think it is fine to insert water meters in houses with a sold sign.

This means once the sale has gone through the new owners will find their home, which was previously unmetered is fitted with a meter.

Shame on you Thames Water for such fraud although it seems to think it will save the homeowner money. It might for sole occupants but not for families.
