U13 Red: Leaders Wootton Bassett bowled out Cannings for just 27 thanks to Christopher Stewart (3-3) and Jack Paish (3-12).
Taylor Aitken (16no) then saw Bassett through to a comfortable nine wicket victory.
Robert Poole (32) and Dewi Evans (50) enabled Biddestone to recover to reach 196-9 at Devizes after Joe Downey (3-35) and Jack Hopper (2-44) had made early inroads.
The Biddestone bowling attack of Liam Boulton (3-12), Evans (2-7), Scott Trainor (2-3) and James Howells (2-9) then proved too strong for the home side who were dismissed for 54 in 24 overs as Biddestone won by 142 runs.
Swindon totalled 197-9 at Malmesbury with major contributions from Jonathan Sore (52), Elliott Knight (32) and Matthew Hobbs (26no). Theo Humphries (2-42), Theo Blundell (2-33), J Roberts (2-40) and B Saunders (2-40) shared the wickets for Malmesbury. In reply, Malmesbury collapsed to 17 all out against the bowling of Dalraj Bahia (3-2) and Matthew Cheetham (3-0) to leave Swindon winners by 182 runs.
U13 Blue
SOUTH Wilts continue to lead the way following their 104-run victory at home to Purton.
Opener Chris Mundy (41) and James Haggaty (58) formed the major partnership of the South Wilts' innings as the hosts won by 104 runs.
Chippenham's innings of 153-2 at Calne was dominated by an aggressive unbeaten century from Luke Edwards. Edwards made exactly 100 not out and then took 2-12 as Calne were dismissed for 114 to give Chippenham victory by 39 runs.
Luke's brother Craig made 50 for Calne and George Beard (3-21) and Imraj Heer (2-14) also bowled well for Chippenham.
