Don't take away our countryside

PLEASE allow me to add my views about Coate to those already printed. I think it's totally and absolutely wrong to build a university on Coate and I speak as a Londoner born and bred.

It was such a change of area and lifestyle and I wanted to go home to London. However, as our family came along we spent a lot of time pushing a pram to Coate but the children loved the paddling pool, swings and the walks in the country and it gradually became our 'home' in the sense that it was countryside.

Please don't take that away from coming generations and put the university in town, if we must have one.
