Wiltshire U14 - Tourists send hosts spinning

WILTSHIRE continued their recent fine form with an emphatic ten-wicket win against the Isle Of Wight on Sunday.

Electing to bat first on a dry pitch the islanders were sent spinning to 95 all out by the combination of stand in skipper Robert Pittman 5-14 (South Wilts) and Andrew Lawton 2-12 (Biddestone).

Small totals can sometimes be tricky to chase but this was not to be the case as Medhi Ibrahim (54 no, Westbury) simply destroyed the visitors bowling attack and along with Martin Sawyer (24no, Biddestone) the target was achieved in only 9.5 overs.
