Sick 'happy slappers' pick on woman, 81

JEERING schoolchildren laughed and took photographs with their mobile phones as an 81-year-old woman was punched by a thug who poured fizzy drink over her head.

The sickening 'happy slapping' attack happened in the Silver Street/Bridge Street area of Salisbury between 3pm and 4pm on Friday.

A 6ft-tall youth confronted the pensioner and hit her on the side of the head, which made her fall to the floor.

While she was lying on the pavement in pain, the yob tipped cola on her as teenagers in a passing bus shouted out of the window and took pictures.
