Join the queue

CAN you please tell me why are people so ignorant?

You stand at the bus stop in Fleming Way waiting for the bus driver to take over his bus, they come up the slope or steps and see you standing in a queue waiting to board the bus and yet they walk up to the bus and as soon as the driver opens the door they get straight on the bus in front of everyone else.

Isn't it about time they opened their eyes and joined the queue like everyone else.
