Dentist was OK

I WRITE in response to the correspondence about Adcroft Dental Practice. I acknowledge the difficulties outlined, but may I recount a positive experience of the practice?

In a recent dental emergency, when I did get through to the appointment desk I met with only courtesy and attention. I was given an immediate appointment and the matter was dealt with efficiently.

We all know the problems of NHS dentistry at the moment for which the local surgery is not to blame. But wouldn't a queuing system for phone calls (such as is used by the doctors' practice) help end the frustration of trying to get through to make appointments?
