NEW England hero Jon Lewis has set his sights on a rematch with Australia after his dream international debut last night.
The Swindon seam ace, nicknamed Rocky, sent the tourists packing in the Twenty20 international at the Rose Bowl, taking four wickets as England won by 100 runs in front of 15,000 ecstatic fans at Southampton.
The former Churchfields School pupil picked up the wickets of Aussie skipper Ricky Ponting, plus Michael Clarke, Damien Martyn and Andrew Symonds to finish as his side's top bowling performer.
"I'm at the stage of my career where I have nothing to lose, so I just went out there and enjoyed it.'' Lewis told the Evening Advertiser this morning.
"I was really relaxed and not as nervous as I thought I would be.
"I didn't have too much time to celebrate them, because in Twenty20 the next batsman is almost at the crease straightaway.
"Things went my way and I couldn't have asked for more.''
Lewis is now aiming to have another crack at the old enemy when they meet in a NatWest Series one-dayer on his home ground of Bristol on Sunday, although he may also play against Bangladesh on Thursday.
He added: "Hopefully I can be involved on Sunday. It would be great to play in front of my own crowd with all their support.''
