Big turnout for first dance session

THE introduction of a modern dance phenomenon proved an overwhelming success in Warminster on Monday night.

Ceroc dancing, a combination of jive and salsa, is the UK's largest dance franchise network, and the first Warminster class on attracted more than 150 people. Carol McFadden, franchise owner for Salisbury and Warminster, was thrilled with the turnout. "It was a huge success, it really was brilliant. The enthusiasm of everyone was amazing," she said.

Classes are set to continue every Monday at the Assembly Hall, Sambourne Road. There is no need to take a partner, and the beginner's class, starting at 7.30pm, is open to all.
