THE former Bathe and Selby building in Manor Road, off Westcott Place, Swindon is on the market.

The old car repair site has outline planning permission for 22 one and two-bedroom flats.

It is being marketed by Whitmarsh Lockhart and partner-in-charge Paul Whitmarsh said: "The Manor Road site is ideally positioned away from any busy roads, within walking distance of the town centre and overlooking the adjoining playing fields. We expect strong interest from the residential development marketplace."
