World's biggest bra

TRIUMPH International's Doreen bra is the biggest selling in the world.

That's the claim of a national newspaper but Triumph is keeping mum on the issue.

It will not talk in detail about the bra or reveal exact sales figures, as it concentrates its marketing on younger, fashionable lines. The Doreen, first produced in 1967, is most popular with women in their late 50s.

"We are quietly proud of Doreen," said company spokeswoman Sue Loder. "It sells itself, and store buyers know they can put it at the back of their shop and people will walk through and look at the fashionable ranges but still buy a Doreen."
