Less than a week after securing the Under 13 league crown, Amesbury Sports triumphed in the League Cup after a comfortable 3-0 victory over Fairford Youth, thanks to two goals in a minute from man-of-the-match Sam Aldridge.
They went one up in the sixth minute thanks to Aldridge, who scored a second almost straight from the restart.
Aldridge should then have added a third in the ninth minute but blazed over from just inside the box.
Amesbury's continuous pressure led to a third with eight minutes to go before half-time when Lloyd Barr tapped in at the near post.
Fairford, led by a great performance from captain James Skinner, stepped their game up in the second period but failed to trouble Amesbury's goal thanks to some resilient defending.
Wootton Bassett Town concluded a solid season by lifting the Under 9 League Cup following a superb team performance, which brought them a 4-0 win over Greenmeadow.
The game was a close affair early on but with 12 minutes gone, Sam Lowkis broke the deadlock when he shot on the turn into the far corner.
Man-of-the-match Jake Matthews supplied Amos his first with five minutes played in the second period.
Six minutes later a blistering left footed volley from Amos left Daly with no chance in the Greenmeadow goal and virtually ensured the cup would be in Bassett's hands.
In the final minute of the game Ben Mattick drove the ball into the bottom corner of the net from 15 yards to wrap up the scoring.
