Former Nationwide building is key to regeneration

APARTMENTS can now be bought in the former Nationwide Atrium building in Princes Street.

When finished, the Atrium building named Paramount by builders Swan Hill will feature 200 flats and commercial space for shops or offices on the ground floor.

Prices start at £125,000 for one-bedroom apartments in the six-storey building, and the company says that the first stage of the building will be finished in July next year. That will include the ground floor and the first floor flats.

The rest of the building being finished by the end of next year, and ready for residents.

The building fits in with the aim of the New Swindon Company, which is charged with redeveloping the centre of Swindon.

Paramount's on-site sales centre is open from 10am to 5pm.
