Three in hospital after cars collide

THREE people were taken to Great Western Hospital after a two-vehicle collision in Wootton Bassett.

Police said the injuries were not life-threatening.

The collision between a Volkswagen Polo and a Rover 214 happened shortly before 12.30pm yesterday at the junction of Garraways and Bincknoll Lane.

Three ambulances and three fire engines attended and the casualties were taken to Great Western Hospital.
