BRADFORD Town took over at the top of the Premier Division following their 5-1 away win at Shrewton Reserves.
Three goals in a 15 minute spell, two from Tom Pang and one from Mark Gerrish, put the visitors on the road to victory, Charlie Powell adding a fourth a couple of minutes before the break.
Mickey Ball pulled a goal back for the home side midway through the half but in the closing stages Mike Little added a fifth for the visitors.
Title contenders New College and Cricklade kept themselves in contention for honours when they shared the points in a 1-1 draw at South Marston.
Cricklade looked the more direct side in the first period and created several good chances before Alan Smith scored from the edge of the box midway through the half to give the visitors an interval lead.
As in the first half the College had plenty of possession but never looked a threat until Terry Bohane equalised 15 minutes into the second half.
Warminster Town did the Swindon sides a favour by beating league leaders Corsham Town Reserves 3-0 on their own ground thanks to a hat-trick from in-form striker Tom Welch.
Purton Reserves' hopes of getting off the bottom were dashed when they were beaten 4-1 at the Red House by visitors Marlborough Town.
Calne Town Reserves, also in with a chance of honours, gained a 3-0 away win over Devizes Town Reserves, Darren Legg netting after 10 minutes and Steve Davies adding a second three minutes before the break. Davies struck again 10 minutes into the second half with a neat header.
Pewsey Vale reached the semi-finals of the Corsham Print Senior Cup, defeating Melksham Town Reserves 2-1.
Vale had the better of the first half and goals by Kai Dorland and Matt Messenger gave then a two-goal lead at the break.
The visitors fought back and reduced the arrears with a strike from Gary Higdon.
Melksham had a great chance in the closing stages to have taken the tie into extra time when they were awarded a penalty but Higdon's spot kick was well saved by keeper Lee Wilson.
Junior Division One leaders Down Ampney were trounced 5-1 at home by Swindon Asians.
Westside kept in touch for runners up honours with a 3-0 win over Ferndale Rodbourn Rick Hewittson (2) and Kevin Smith on target.
Wroughton beat Minety 4-3 thanks to goals from Dave Webb (2), Mark Bone and Martin Killick and two well taken goals in the first half from Danny Sly enabled Marlborough Reserves to defeat Aldbourne 2-0.
An own goal by Biddestone keeper Craig Leadbeater gave AFC Stratton Reserves a 1-0 away victory.
West Swindon beat Blunsdon 4-2, Nick Griffiths and Craig Green scoring for Blunsdon and goals from Warren Fuller (2), David O'Driscoll, Ashley Channing and an own goal gave Stratton Rovers a 5-1 win over Lower Stratton.
In Junior Two, Castle Combe made it 20 games undefeated when they beat Stratton Rovers Reserves 3-0, gaining ground on leaders AFC Abbey Rodbourne who had their game against Stratton St Margaret called off.
