WESTON came out on top in the first of back-to-back games between the two clubs on Saturday but manager Gary Skidmore declared ''we will beat them when they come to our place''.
A second half Luke Gullick penalty was not enough for Biddestone but the manager was encouraged by his side's performance and believes it will be a different story when St Johns come to Wiltshire this Saturday.
He said: "We all feel a bit unlucky as we created the better chances. The lads are all confident that they can reverse the result on Saturday."
A decision by the Screwfix League to increase the numbers of teams in Division One means Biddestone will not be relegated this season, but Skidmore feels there is still a lot to play for.
"Shepton Mallet are now on level points with us and we don't want to finish last. There is still the game with Calne to go and we will be pumped up and ready for that."
Skidmore has also signed striker Andy Wicks from Chippenham and District Sunday League side Sherston Town.
Weston opened the scoring on the stroke of half time when defender Ollie Mcaninch brought the striker down in the box and he stepped up to bury the spot kick.
The visitors had a penalty of their own when a Gullick cross was handled and the club top scorer hit his sixth penalty of the season.
With 20 minutes left Weston sealed the points when their striker picked up a cross, steadied himself and drove the ball into the bottom corner.
