Don't get real designing offices and shops

THE future of office planning and design lies on a computer.

That's the message from Wootton Bassett graphic designer Paul Hocking, who runs Virtual Solutions.

Paul started the company in August and has worked with Nationwide, Edmont Joinery in Swindon and architects and designers across the country.

Among the rooms he has laid out are a make-up counter (pictured), new offices and internet cafs.

Mr Hocking, of Sprats Barn Crescent, said: "Basically I'm a graphic designer working with 3D visualisation.

"The advantage is that all the prototyping is within the computer, so you don't need a physical prototype.

"It means you don't need to make a model, and that you can change colour schemes instantly.

"You can do it without the expense of materials and paint."
