Loyalty measured

LOYALTY to your firm is no longer measured by the length of service.

That's the finding of research by Vodafone for the Working Nation study series, which found that according to bosses recommending your workplace as somewhere to be employed scored the highest, along with working conscientiously.

From the staff point of view, working conscientiously and being trusted were the signs of loyalty.
