New editor joins Times

Andy SambidgeTHE Wiltshire Times and Chippenham News have a new editor. Andy Sambidge joined the paper on Monday, having previously edited a group of eight local newspapers in south Wales.

Andy, whose wife Sarah hails from Chippenham, has more than 15 years' experience in local newspapers in Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset and Wales and is looking forward to his new challenge in Wiltshire.

"The Wiltshire Times and Chippenham News are already great papers but I believe we can make them even better," he said.

"I'm joining an award-winning team and I'm confident that we can build on the success that the papers have already enjoyed."
