Cozens grabs consolation

SWINDON Under 14s slipped to a 29-5 victory against their Abingdon counterparts.

The Oxfordshire side immediately put Swindon under pressure, and only fierce tackling from Mike Thompson and Luke Guest kept the score down in the early stages.

Abingdon still led 19-0 at the break, with Swindon's consolation score eventually coming from winger Nick Cozens in the second half.
