Gary sets a goal

FOOTBALL legend Gary Lineker is urging schoolkids to kick a ball for charity. CLIC Cancer and Leukaemia in Children wants schools and youth groups to hold sponsored penalty shoot-outs in June.

The Match of the Day presenter and former England skipper is patron of the charity.

Son George suffered from leukaemia.

"Not only is it a healthy way for children to get involved in sport, but it is also a fantastic way to support such a worthwhile charity," said the ex-striker, pictured.
