Free IT course in Warminster

ASPIRING computer buffs have the chance to learn new skills with free IT lessons in Warminster. Wiltshire College are offering a free six-hour beginners' IT course, which begins on February 23. It covers basic word processing, using the internet and e-mail.

The Warminster branch of the college re-opened last month and offers a range of courses for all ages. Centre manager Jean Evans said: "The new centre is a fantastic resource for the people of Warminster.

"The building is a big improvement on the temporary ones that were here before. It's now a lovely environment for people of all ages to learn a skill or hobby."
