Computer theft

THIEVES were disturbed during a raid in Wootton Bassett but still made off with a large amount of computer equipment.

Police believe that two men, one Asian and one black, entered a commercial premises on Whitehill Industrial Estate on January 20 between 6pm and 6.30pm while it was occupied and were disturbed by an employee.

Sgt Andy Fortune, pictured, of Wootton Bassett police, said: "They then left in a silver car, possibly a Renault Laguna estate. They got away with £5,000 of computer equipment."
