They're open for business

75815-47A GROUP of Penhill mums have got together to set up their own community caf. Rainbowz Community Caf in Everleigh Road had its grand opening yesterday.

It was set up by mums from the Surestart project with the help of community development worker Dawn Johnson and donations from locally-based firms Zurich and Motorola. Dawn said: "There is no other caf in the area and it's just a really good place for people to go and meet friends and a way for people to meet others in the community.

"It's all run by volunteers and I am overseeing things until the volunteers feel confident enough to go ahead on their own."
