Man denies death drive accusation

Zachary CollissA MAN has pleaded not guilty to causing the death of a 26-year-old from Frome in an accident on the A36 at Warminster.

Zachary Colliss, 32, from Brown Hill Road, Romsey, Hampshire, appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

Robert Griffin died after a two-car collision on the A36 between Cley Hill and the Granada Service Station in April.

The trial, which is expected to last a week, will take place in March.
