Marine lads' double

SUPERMARINE played Wootton Bassett in a number of minis' matches.

The under eights (7-5 and 12-9) were the most successful, winning both games, with the under nines drawing (2-2) and winning one (6-3).

The under 12s lost 35-5 and 15-10 to their Bassett counterparts with the under 10s drawing two tries apiece and the under sevens losing one (10-6) and drawing one (4-4).

Under 12: Dylan Andrews, Alec Blackman, Guy Devose, Harry Dibble, Calum Doherty, Lee Giles, Jake Heard, Angus Neate, Karl Trevett, Andrew Vincent, Phil Young, Luke Symonds.

Under 10: Kane Baker, Claire Blackman, Alex Brain, Conor Doherty, Jessica Salles, Isaac Symonds, Sam Gantlon, Shaun Rausch, Jordan Wells, Oliver Bailey, Laura McPherson, Corren McPherson, Luke Symonds, George Bush.

Under 9: James Barter, Toby Dibble, Ryan Thompson, Alex Williams, Jamie Wild, Stuart Carver, Jonathan Devose, Joshua Lovell.

Under 8: Adam Bartlett, Tara Godby, Joe Lee, Christopher Little, Jake Page-Maskell, Luke Paget, Sean Rees, Harry Salles, Daniel Uzzell, Jamie Young, Josh Rice.

Under 7: Jack Bent, David Callen, Laurence Cullane, Matthew Little, Ellie Symonds, Matthew Huggins, Hugh Simpson, James Johnson.

SUPERMARINE Ladies were edged out 7-5 by Taunton in their first new year outing.

Trailing to a converted try, Marine hit back with a try from centre Emily Taylor but it was not enough.
