THE RSPCA's North Wiltshire branch is making a plea for volunteers to help runs its Swindon shop.
The shop, which supports the Swindon-based branch's animal welfare work, opened six months ago and has 10 volunteers.
But another 10 or more are still needed to help with all aspects of the Cricklade Road shop, including serving behind the counter.
RSPCA North Wiltshire branch spokesman Anna Mills, said: "We would be really pleased to hear from people who are happy to volunteer to help in the shop in any capacity, from sorting clothes and carrying boxes to serving customers and pricing goods."
The shop is also in need of good quality items to sell such as clothes, books and bric-a-brac.
Anyone interesting in becoming a shop volunteer should contact Anna Mills on 01793 829630.
For enquiries about donations of goods, contact the shop manager, Chris McLeod, on 01793 528819.
