Irish dance for Lourdes

A FUNDRAISING dance is to be held at the Thistle Hotel in Fleming Way, Swindon to raise money so that disabled youngsters can be taken to Lourdes at Easter time.

The dance has been organised by the Moloney School of Irish Dancing in association with the Pilgrim Trust.

Performing at the dance will be the Irish band Seamus Moore and his JCB Band plus a support band.

There will also be a display of Irish dancing and a late bar.

The organisers are looking for sponsor to pay for prizes for a charity auction that will take place on the night. They would like companies and businesses in the Swindon area to help out by donating prizes for the auction.

The event takes place on Saturday February 19 from 8pm to 1am and tickets cost £8.

Tickets should be purchased in advance.

Anyone who thinks they can help or wants to book tickets should contact Patsy Moloney on 01793 642368.
