Please provide more for the disabled

FOLLOWING the letter last week from Phil Reynolds regarding the lack of seating in Trowbridge town centre I would like to point out that the Bristol City Environmental Access Guide strongly recommends that seating be provided every 100 metres (50 metres preferred) in town centre and shopping area environments.

Wouldn't it be great if we could, for once, be ahead of the game in providing facilities for people with disabilities instead of always playing catch up.
