Businesses receive awards for putting people first

Two Swindon firms have been awarded their Investors in People recognition.

The Chiseldon House Hotel in Chiseldon and the Care Company, which is based on Victoria Road in Old Town, were presented with their certificates at a recent ceremony.

Representatives from both firms received their awards from John Kiss, the director of strategic partnering and e-delivery of Business Link Berkshire and Wiltshire.

Investors in People is the national standard, which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.
