Dealing with grievances

LEMON and Co Training Services is holding a series of courses dealing with disciplinary and grievance procedures for voluntary sector employers this month.

The half-day course, which costs £50 to attend, will be held on Wednesday, April 21 at the Pilgrim Centre, in Regent Circus from 10am to 1pm.

The course is designed for managers and management committee members from the voluntary sector.

Paul Archer, who designed the course said: "This course aims to ensure that managers can comply with minimum legal standards and deal with difficult workplace issues while avoiding the risk of losing unfair dismissal claims."
