New High Sheriff

A NEW High Sheriff of Wiltshire was sworn in at a special ceremony held in Swindon yesterday.

Lieutenant-Colonel James Arkell is managing director of family firm, Arkell's Brewery, and has also had a long army career. He takes over from the outgoing High Sheriff David Newbigging.
