Canalside walk

PEOPLE in Wiltshire are being asked to put on their walking shoes in aid of their local canal.

The Wilts & Berks Canal Trust has organised a sponsored walk through a newly opened stretch of countryside along the waterway between Chippenham and Lacock.

The walk will take place on March 14, starting at 10am from the Buttercross in Chippenham Market Place.
