Employer: Vox, a public relations company based at Ambrose House in Swindon. I am one of three partners.

So what do you actually do?

At Vox we help clients get their message across as effectively as possible. I look after the bits that involve design and help with the words.

What do you hate most about your job ?

Microsoft products. Fortunately, I mostly work on Macs instead of PCs, which spares me lots of stress.

Do you think your colleagues like you?

We all chose to form a partnership, so liking each other was part of the job description.

What's the best bit of advice you have ever been given?

Imagine... it's easy if you try.

What's the best bit of gossip you have ever heard about yourself?

I have a twin brother. So, when they saw me with that redhead, it wasn't me!

What job did you want to do when you were young and why?

A reporter, because writing has always come easily to me (I went on to become one with The Adver).

If you could have a dream job what would it be?

A Beatle on weekdays and centre forward for Swindon Town when Saturday comes. Tell Andy King I'll do it for free.

Hobbies?

My kids, local history, real ale, learning to drum, soundproofing.

Greatest influence?

My wife. Happy Valentine's day, Julie.
