Taste of exotic at new caf

Ref. 29024A NEW international caf and wine bar that aims to bring a taste of the exotic to Wootton Bassett will open in Boroughfields on Tuesday.

Delicia's Jamaican chef, Mel Grant, is offering cuisine from around the world and wines specially selected from small vineyards in France and Portugal.

The caf is co-owned by Catherine and Stephen Cadogan, from Wootton Bassett specialist food firm, Interface. The pair also own the deli of the same name in Potter's Walk, off the High Street. Mrs Cadogan, 41, said: "There is nothing else like this in Bassett and I think people are ready for something a bit different."

The restaurant will have a lunch time caf menu, and will open Wednesday to Saturday nights. Monthly themed nights will start in March with an Italian evening.
