Deal with difficulty

A COURSE called Dealing with Difficult Situations is to be held next month at Voluntary Action Swindon in John Street.

Costing £20 and laid on jointly by VAS and community education organisation The Learning Curve, it will be held on Friday, March 19.

VAS says it is aimed at staff or of organisations who must deal occasionally with difficult clients.

Subjects covered will include listening and talking skills, as well as various aspects of body language.

The course will run from 9.30am until 4pm, and booking is advised.
