Swindon is set to be at the forefront of complementary health education when it hosts a holistic health festival next month.
The festival, at the Oasis Leisure Centre, from March 6 and 7, is billed as a weekend of healing, self-development and fun, and promises something for everyone.
Holistic therapies aim to treat the body, mind and soul and a range of lectures and workshops will be on offer, including contributions from meditation guru Paul Darby, and a Feng Shui doctor from Channel 4's Big Brother.
Cherri Ann Matthews, a holistic therapist based in West Swindon, said: "This is a wonderful opportunity for known therapists to showcase their work to the people of Swindon, as well as offer a fun day out, with some great shopping and informative lectures and workshops."
There will be more than 50 exhibitors offering taster sessions in reflexology, crystal therapy, massage, remedial therapy and Reiki.
Palmistry, tarot cards read ings and aura photography will also be on offer.
The festival runs from 10am to 6pm. For more details call 01793 871410.
