Wylie back for Bath's battle against Wasps

SOUTH African flyer Wylie Human returns to the Bath side for the first time for a month for the televised top-of-the-table meeting with Wasps at the Rec today (2.40pm).

Human has not played since the win at Rotherham on January 4, due to his inelligibilty for the Parker Pen Challenge Cup.

Prop Duncan Bell has recovered from a trapped nerve behind his knee and Michael Lipman returns at openside flanker, James Scaysbrook dropping back to the bench.

Mike Tindall (ankle), Mike Catt (calf), Matt Perry (back), Brendon Daniel (back), Lee Best (knee), Robbie Fleck (leg) and Adam Vander (foot) were not considered due to injury.

It means Catt looks to have lost his fitness battle for England's RBS 6 Nations Championship opener against Italy.

The calf muscle injury he sustained during a training session last week has not healed sufficiently, and he will remain on the sidelines.

Bath: Balshaw, Human, Maggs, Higgins, Danielli, Barkley, Wood, Flatman, Humphreys, Bell, Borthwick, Grewcock (capt), Beattie, Lipman, Feaunati. Subs: Martens, Mears, Stevens, Crockett, Malone, Scaysbrook, Fidler.
