AMONG recent cases dealt with by Salisbury Magistrates were:
Donavon Stephen Cashmore (22), Karachi Close, Tidworth, given a community punishment order for 210 hours with £200 compensation and £34 costs for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Jamie Barney (20), Gigant Street, Salisbury, fined £100 with £150 costs and given 100 hours community punishment and disqualified for nine months for driving while disqualified and without insurance.
Philip Mark Turner (35), Estcourt Road, Salisbury, committed to prison for four months for three offences of burglary.
Peter Gerald Dixon (24), Manor Farm Bungalows, Porton, fined £60 with £35 costs for exceeding a 30mph limit at Porton.
Matthew Hatcher (37), Churchill Court, Wilton, bound over in the sum of £100 for six months to keep the peace for behaving in a manner whereby a breach of the peace was likely to be occasioned.
Ricky Leeson (41), Victoria Road, Wilton, bound over in the sum of £100 for six months to keep the peace for behaving in a manner whereby a breach of the peace was likely to be occasioned.
George Tye (28), High Street, Hindon, fined £120 with £35 costs for not having a test certificate.
Neil MacKenzie (40), c/o Douglas Haig Road, Salisbury, fined £60 for having a faulty tyre.
Jordan Daniel Dickman (26), Charles Road, Durrington, fined £210 for exceeding a 30mph limit in Durrington and £150 with £35 costs for failing to produce a licence.
John Blake (40), High Street, Fovant, fined £450 with £35 costs for having faulty tyres, winscreen washer and windscreen wiper.
James Stockwell (23), Lacock House, The Friary, fined £25 for being in possession of cannabis resin and and disqualified for six months for not having insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Lisa McEwan (30), The Brambles, Salisbury, conditionally discharged for six months with £25 compensation and £20 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
Paul Anthony Robertson (29), Meadow Road, Bulford, fined a total of £600 with £35 costs for driving without insurance or test certificate and otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Harry Davis (57), Southampton Road, Salisbury, ordered to pay £75 compensation for criminal damage.
Leonard John Greenough (21), Lumley Close, Fugglestone Red, fined £40 for not having a test certificate.
David Rudman (41), Bellevue Road, Salisbury, conditionally discharged for 18 months for being in possession of cocaine.
Mark Ward (19), Kiwi Barracks, Bulford Camp, conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £16.52 compensation and £34 costs for theft.
Barry Geoffery Parkes (19), Kiwi Barracks, Bulford Camp, conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £16.52 compensation and £34 costs for theft.
Peter Jeffery (45), Waters Road, Salisbury, fined £250 with £70 costs and disqualified for 17 months for driving with excess alcohol.

Alan Knowles (62), Bramshaw, bound over in the sum of £300 for one year to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for breaching the peace.
Shane Lee Ambridge (34), Salisbury Road, Ringwood, fined £400 with £35 costs and disqualified for six months for driving without due care and attention and fined a total of £250 for not having insurance or test certificate.
Stephen George Mollett (25), Elmore Drive, Ashley Heath, fined £250 with £35 costs for exceeding a 70mph limit.
