Recruitment agency comes to town

Recruitment and training consultancy SJC has opened an office at Swindon's Windmill Hill Business Park.

The firm, headed by Nicola Clarke, is established in Bath and Bristol.

According to managing director Sara Child: "Good recruitment practice is vital. However, the cost can be significantly reduced by good training, which can reduce attrition and increase motivation as well as directly address skill weakness, and improve performance generally.

"Training doesn't need to cost a fortune it can be effective and relevant and used to effect in a tactical way."
