Razor Ruddock hit by kiss and tell claims

Former Swindon Town star Neil "Razor" Ruddock has become the latest victim of a celebrity kiss-and-tell.

Blonde Ashleigh Fogg, 42, from Sheffield, told a Sunday newspaper that her affair with the football hardman began in 2001 at the start of Ruddock's career at the County Ground.

She added the affair continued when Ruddock, 35, who is married with two children, checked into the De Vere Hotel in Swindon while he was looking for a permanent home in the town.

Ms Fogg said she ended the relationship in early 2002.

Ruddock, who was at the County Ground from August 2001 to December 2002, has been in the headlines for the past week sweating it out it the Australian jungle for the latest series of I'm a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here! He is currently taking antibiotics due to a bout of jungle fever brought on by the damp conditions. He is joined by a host of other minor celebrities, including pop star Peter Andre, disgraced aristocrat Lord Brocket and topless model Jordan.

Tonight is the first night a celebrity will be evicted. Ruddock is expected to survive the chop, with former athlete Diane Modahl and DJ Mike Read favourites to be voted out by viewers.

The programme is on ITV1 at 9pm.
